
What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness coaching is a co-creative process through which you develop an awareness and practice of healthy lifestyle choices in order to lead a more balanced and successful life; a life of purpose and meaning. Those choices are not confined to the realm of physical health, but encompass all areas of one’s life, personal and professional.
Engaging in the process of achieving wellness means that you are continually seeking ways to improve yourself and your life. With your coach as your guide, you consciously consider a variety of options and choose those that are in your best interest at the moment. As life is inherently dynamic, your needs, desires, circumstances and interests may change during the coaching process.
Helping you navigate those changes with grace, so that you realize the best possible outcome, is the job of your coach.
Coaching is not therapy. In therapy you would explore your past in order to understand how it might be influencing your current circumstances. Coaching operates in present-time with an eye toward creating the future of your dreams.

- Guidance in the process of figuring out what your life purpose is, if you don't already know it, and help in aligning your purpose with your life vision and the goals you'd like to achieve.
- Help in keeping on track with fulfilling your goals.A variety of techniques and strategies will be offered that you can employ in dealing with the unique challenges you face.
- Motivation, support and empowerment so that you understand, and know with certainty, that the answers you are seeking lie within you. I help you uncover and trust the voice of your inner sage, and provide you with information which may shed light on an area that needs clarity.
What's Involved in the Process?
FREE Health History
- You will have the opportunity to meet with a Certified Health Coach to discuss your health history, goals, and health concerns to determine if the services offered are a good fit for you at this time.
12 Sessions over 6 months
- You will be guided through a sequential process of discovery and learning that will give you the motivation, information and tools to realize your health goals for long-term success.
- Each session includes a review of your progress, a featured health topic discussion, informational handouts, recommendations, and an action plan.
Transition
Once you have successfully completed the 6-month program you have the option to:
- continue the coaching relationship and focus on another goal
- terminate the coaching relationship
Using affirmations to heal your life.
